You can be a "rocky" doing them with one hand. Or if you find it hard you can do them on your knees. Whether you want a workout for your chest without equipment or you want one for legs, no matter what you will find thousands of videos online. This eliminates the need to use workout DVDs, and it allows you to mix up what you are doing.
